  • You're in the process of preparing for your divorce. This is an important, emotional, and challenging transition for you and your family. Our VvCP members will be happy to advise you about your options for extra support to make this transition in the best way possible, while still maintaining family ties, financial resources, and quality of life. There are multiple ways to separate. The kind of separation you choose determines the nature and pace of your separation. In order to be able to give you advice, we kindly ask you to answer the questions in our questionnaire. Waarom wilde je Collaborative Professional worden?

Ik wilde heel graag het collaborative werken toevoegen aan mijn familierecht- en scheidingsmediationpraktijk omdat ik op zoek was naar uitbreiding van de mogelijkheden om een echtscheiding zo zorgvuldig en deskundig mogelijk te begeleiden, zonder de tussenkomst van een rechter.

Welke voordelen zie je in de praktijk dankzij deze manier van scheiden / conflicten oplossen?

Het collaborative werken heeft mij veel gebracht, niet alleen in de overlegscheidingen zelf maar de hele manier van werken is in mijn praktijk doorgedrongen. Hierdoor lukt het om zelfs de meest complexe, emotionele, juridische en financieel lastige zaken tot een goede oplossing te brengen waarbij het efficiency en de-escalatie oplevert.

Wat voor feedback hoor je terug van cliënten die je hebt bijgestaan?

Erg prettig om toch een eigen advocaat / adviseur te hebben die er zowel voor henzelf maar ook voor het hele gezin er is, waarbij het fijn is om te merken dat de professionals graag en goed met elkaar samenwerken doordat ze elkaar goed kennen en veel ervaring hebben.
